नेपाल १ सय ८१ रनमा अलआउट, सन्दीप अर्धशतकबाट १ रनले चुके
काठमाडौं । नेपालले आइसिसी विश्वकप लिग टुको खेलमा क्यानडालाई १ सय ८२ रनको मध्यम लक्ष्य दिएको छ । क्यानडाको किंग सिटीमा आइतवार टस जितेर पहिले ब्याटिङ गरेको नेपालले ४६.१ ओभरमा अल आउट हुँदै १ सय ८१ रन मात्र बनायो ।
नेपालका लागि सन्दीप लामिछानेले ४८ बलमा सर्वाधिक ४९ रन जोडे । उनले ५ चौका र १ छक्का प्रहार गरे। सन्दीपको ओडिआई करियरको यो उत्कृष्ट ब्याटिङ प्रदर्शन हो । यस अघि सन्दीपले सन् २०२३ मा पिएनजीसँग ५० बलमा नट आउट ३५ रन बनाएका थिए ।
गुलशन झाले ५६ बलमा ३४ रन बनाए । सातौं विकेटका लागि आरिफ शेखसँग मिलेर गुलशनले ३४ रनको साझेदारी गरेका थिए । आरिफले ३३ बलमा १० रन मात्र बनाए ।
आठौं विकेटका लागि सन्दीपले सोमपाल कामीसंग मिलेर ५५ रनको महत्वपूर्ण साझेदारी गरे । सोमपाल ४८ बलमा २१ रन बनाउदै साद विन जाफरको बलमा आउट भए ।
नेपालका ओपनर अर्जुन साउदले १० रन बनाउनु बाहेक अन्य खेलाडीले दोहोरो अंकमा रन बनाउन सकेनन् । करण केसी र सन्दीप लामिछानेले नवौं विकेटका लागि ३९ रनको साझेदारी गरे । करणले २८ बलमा २४ रन बनाए ।
क्यानडाका लागि कलिम सानाले ३, हर्ष ठाकरले २ तथा सादविन जाफर, डिलोन हेलिगर र प्रविन कुमारले समान १ विकेट लिए । सिरिजमा नेपालले यसअघिका दुई खेल गुमाइसकेको छ ।
