काभा यु २० भलिबल – नेपाली टोली दोस्रो
काठमाडौं । नेपाली युवा टोली काभा यु २० भलिबल च्याम्पियनसिपमा दोस्रो भएको छ । श्रीलंकाको कोलम्बोमा शनिवार भएको फाइनलमा उज्वेकिस्तानसँग ३–१ ले पराजित हुँदै नेपाल दोस्रो भएको हो ।
पहिलो सेट जितेको नेपाली टोलीले त्यसपछिका सेटमा कमजोर प्रदर्शन गरेको थियो । उज्वेकिस्तानले नेपाललाई २५–२७,२५–१०,२५–२५–२० ले हराउँदै च्याम्पियन बनेको हो ।
नेपालले लिग चरणमा उज्वेकिस्तान र किर्गिजस्तानसँग पराजित भएको थियो । नेपालले लिगमा श्रीलंका, माल्दिभ्स र तुर्किमेनिस्तानलाई हराएको थियो । यु २० को पहिलो सहभागितामा नै नेपालले दोस्रो स्थान प्राप्त गरेको छ । लिग चरणमा उज्वेकिस्तान शीर्ष र नेपाल दोस्रो स्थानमा रहँदै फाइनल पुगेका थिए ।
केहि महिनाअघि काठमाडौंमा भएको यु १९ भलिबल च्याम्पियनसिपमा गरेको प्रदर्शनबाट यु २० का लागि छनोट गरिएको थियो । सोही प्रतियोगिताको महिला प्रतियोगितामा भाग लिएर छनोट भएका टोलीले साउनमा माल्दिभ्समा भएको काभा यु २० च्याम्पियनसिपमा कास्य पदक जितेको थियो ।
नेपाली यु २० भलिबल टोली – पहल गहतराज, सुरेश मल्ल, शैलेन्द्र यादव, सुर्य विक, अर्जुन नेपाली, विश्वास अधिकारी, सागर रसौली, अशोक राना, जित बहादुर सार्की, सुजन सुनार, लेसमन राहादी र दिपेश कुवँर ।
