रुकुम पूर्व : सडकमा पहिरो खस्दा प्रायजसो विद्युत अनियमित
रुकुम । रुकुम पुर्वमा विस्तार गरिएको केन्द्रिय प्रशारण लाईनको विस्तार मध्यपहाडी राजमार्ग हुदै गरिएको छ । मध्यपहाडी राजमार्गको छेउमा विजुलीको पोल गाडेर विद्युत लाइन विस्तार गरिएका कारण राजमार्गमा झर्ने पहिरोले विद्युत सेवा प्रवाहमा निकै ठुलो चुनौति थपेको छ ।
रुकुम पूर्वको सिस्ने गाउँपालिका– ६ को खोपिचार देखि रुकुमकोट पाखागाउँ सम्मको ६ किलोमिटर मध्यपहाडी राजमार्गमा दैनिक जसो पहिरो खसिरहन्छ । त्यहि पहिरोको कारण सडक छेउमा रहेका विद्युतको पोल बगाउने गर्छ । “सडक छेउमा विजुलीका पोलहरु गाडिएका छन् । सडक माथिबाट ठुलो पहिरो खस्दा पोल पनि बगाउने गर्छ । विद्युत अनियमित हुदा हामिलाई निकै समस्या हुने गरेको छ ।”, रुकुमकोटमा व्यवसाय गर्दै आउनुभएका कृष्ण ओलीले भने ।
अघिल्लो हप्ता मध्यपहाडी राजमार्ग अन्तरगत रानिकोटमा खसेको ठुलो पहिरोको कारण केन्द्रिय प्रशारण लाईनको पोल बगाउदा रुकुम पूर्वमा चार दिन सम्म विद्युत सेवा अवरुद्ध भएको थियो । “पहिरो खस्दा रुकुम पूर्व चल्ने सवारी साधन त रोकिन्छन्–रोकिन्छन् विद्युतको पोल बगाउदा विद्युत सेवा नै अवरुद्ध हुने गर्छ । चार दिन सम्म विद्युत नियमित अवरुद्ध हुदा सरकारी कार्यालयहरुबाट सेवा पाउन निकै समस्या हुने गरेको छ ।”, किरण गौतमले भने ।
गत हप्ताको बुधवार पनि सिस्ने गाउँपालिका– ६ पाखागाउँमा ठुलो पहिरो खस्दा विद्युतको पोल नै बगाएको थियो । दिनभरको प्रयास पछि विद्युत सेवा सुचारु गरिएको नेपाल विद्युत् प्राधिकरण रुकुम पूर्वका कार्यालय प्रमुख प्रमोद खनालले जानकारी दिए । मध्यपहाडी राजमार्गमा खस्ने पहिरोको कारण विद्युत वितरणमा निकै चुनौति थपिएको उनको भनाई छ ।
“दैनिक जसो मध्यपहाडी राजमार्गमा पहिरो खस्ने गरेको हुन्छ । पहिरो खसे पछि विद्युतको संरचनामा क्षती भएकै हुन्छ । मध्यपहाडी राजमार्गमा खस्ने पहिरो हाम्रो लागि चुनौतिको विषय बनेको छ ।”, प्रमुख खनालले भने ।
“पानी नपरेको बेला पनि लगातार ढुङ्गाहरु खस्छन् । मौसम सफा भई रह्यो भने मात्र विद्युत् सुचारु हुन्छ । विद्युत् मर्मतको लागि प्रत्यक दिन प्राधिकरणको टोली रानीकोटमा खटिएको हुन्छ ।”, उनले भने । रुकुम पूर्वमा सवस्टेसन नभएका कारण पनि जिल्लामा भर पर्दो विद्युत सेवा प्रवाह हुन नसकेको प्रमुख खनालको भनाई छ ।
रुकुमगाडमा उत्पादन भएको विजुली रुकुम पश्चिमको मुसिकोट नगरपालिका– ३ धैरेनीचौरमा रहेको सवस्टेसनमा पठाइएको छ । त्यहि सवस्टेसनबाट रुकुम पुर्वमा विद्युत विस्तार गरिएको छ । विजुलीका पोलहरु सडक छेउमा गाडिएकै कारण समस्या आउने गरेको सरोकारवालाहरुको भनाई छ । जिल्लामा अहिले २५ सय नेपाल विद्युत प्राधिकरणका ग्राहक रहेका छन् ।
