गाउँमै बिजुली मिल बनेपछी स्थानियलाई सहज
रुकुम पूर्व । रुकुम पूर्वको सिस्ने गाउँपालिका–३ पोखरामा विजुलीबाट चल्ने मिल बनेपछी स्थानियलाई सजिलो भएको छ । काठको कोल र पानीबाट चल्ने मिलको सट्टा विद्युतबाट चल्ने मिल संचालनमा आएपछी तेलजन्य पदार्थलाई पेलेर तेल निकाल्न सहज भएको स्थानियको भनाई छ ।
स्थानिय स्वबलम्बी कृषी सहकारी संस्थाद्धारा संञ्चालित यो मिलमा तोरी, चिउरीका साथै बिभिन्न तेलहन बालीलाई पेलेर तेल निकाल्ने गरेको सहकारीका सदस्य तथा मिल संचालक दिपा खड्काले बताईन् । ‘चार बर्षअघि हुरेड–कार्स नामको एक गैरसरकारी संस्थाको सहयोगमा मिल स्थापना गरिएको हो ।’ उनले भनिन् ‘यसबाट आएको आम्दनीमध्ये आधा सहकारीमा र आधा मैले मिल चलाए वापत लिने गरेको छु ।’
तोरी, चिउरी अथवा अरु तेलहन बाली पेलेको एक पाथीको ३५ रुपैयाँ शुल्क लिने गरेको र तेल निकालेर निस्किएको पिनालाई मलका रुपमा एक प्रतिपाथी १५ रुपैयाका दरले बेच्ने गरेको पनि खड्काको भनाई छ । सिजनका बेला दिन संगै रातमा पनि मिल चल्ने र यसरी गर्दा दैनिक १५ सय देखी २ हजारसम्म आम्दनी हुने गरेको समेत खड्काले जानकारी गराईन् ।
तोरी पेल्ने बिजुली मिलहरु अरु ठाउँमा भएपनि चिउरीको मिजुला (चिउरीको बिया) पेल्न सक्ने मेसिन जिल्लामा यहाँमात्रै भएकाले बिभिन्न ठाउँबाट सर्वसाधारण आउने गरेका छन् । भुमे गाउँपालिका–५ बाट चिउरी पेल्न आएका दलबहादुर विकले कोलमा भन्दा यहाँ सहज, छिटो र छरितो तरिकाले काम भएको बताए ।
तोरी र अन्य तेलहन बालीका साथै चिउरीका लागी पनि पोखरा र खासपासको क्षेत्रलाई पकेट क्षेत्र मानिएको छ । चिउरीको बियाबाट तेल निकालेर दैनिक प्रयोगमा यसको प्रयोग गर्ने गरिएको छ । यसरी गाउँमा विजुली मिल बनेपछी कोल र पानीबाट चल्ने मिलहरु विस्थापित भएका छन् ।
