रुकुम पुर्व । रुकुम पूर्वको पुथा उत्तरगंगा गाउँपालिकाको उपाध्यक्षमा पदमा नेकपा (माओवादी केन्द्र)का उम्मेदवार नरपुरा बुढा निर्वाचित भएकी छिन ।
माओवादी केन्द्रका उम्मेदवार बुढाले तीन हजार ६२७ मत प्राप्त गरी निर्वाचित भएकी हुन । यसैगरी, उनका प्रतिस्पर्धी नेपाली कांग्रेस र एमालेको गठबन्धनका केशकुमारी तुलाचनले दुई हजार १२८ मत प्राप्त गरिन ।
