रुकुम पूर्वमा दुईजना फरार अभियुक्त पक्राउ
रुकुम पूर्व । रुकुमकोट जिल्ला अदालत (पूर्वी भाग) बाट फैसला भई तोकिएको कैद तथा जरिवाना असुल उपर गर्न बाँकी फरार दुई जनालाई प्रहरीले गत चैत ३० गते पक्राउ गरेको छ । सिस्ने गाउँपालिका ५ रुकुमकोटबाट भुमे गाउँपालिका–८ का २४ बर्षिय मोहन विक र भुमे गाउँपालिका–४ का १९ बर्षिय नविन विकलाई प्रहरीले प्रहरीले नियन्त्रणमा लिएको बताईएको छ ।
सवारी ज्यान मुद्धामा २ बर्ष ११ महिना ४ दिन कैद र ३० हजार रुपैयाँ जरिवाना तोकिएका मोहन र चोरी मुद्धामा २ महिना ९ दिन कैद र १० हजार रुपैयाँ जरिवाना ताकिएका नविनलाई पक्राउ गरिएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका सुचना अधिकारी प्रहरी निरिक्षक हरि भट्टराईद्धारा आज जारी विज्ञप्तीमा भनिएको छ ।
‘दुईजनालाई पक्राउ गरेर कैद तथा भुक्तानीका लागी कानुन बमोजिम प्रहरी नियन्त्रणमा लिई सम्मानित जिल्ला अदालतमा दाखिला गरियो ।’ विज्ञप्तीमा उल्लेख गरिएको छ, ‘र अदालतको आदेश बमोजिम कैद तथा जरिवाना भुक्तानका लागी कारागार कार्यालय रुकुम पश्चिम चलान गरिएको छ ।’
